I've made overnight oats in the past and they are actually pretty good! They might be a little bit more gritty that your usual microwaved oats, but are filling and satisfying when topped with fresh fruit and soy/almond milk.

I am on week 3 of t25 alpha and I can tell you that you get out of the workout what you put in. You can modify a lot though.
