My advice would be to track all of your food and set some clear goals. Are you trying to gain muscle, lose fat, maintain & just eat more nutritional foods, etc. Good luck!

I'm thinking whichever gives you the best calorie burn. Maybe Crossfit? You want to minimize muscle loss during cutting as well so Crossfit would help keep some muscle. I would probably weight train, then finish my work out with some HIIT.

Try to stay under the daily recommended 2400mg of sodium each day. It is hard because processed foods have TONS of it. You can blow your daily allowance on a can of soup and processed meat in a sandwich. So, try to find low sodium foods when buying processed items. Looks like you had fairly high sodium intake on your last entry, that could be part of it. I also noticed some lunch meat you entered had "0" mg of sodium which I know is incorrect as lunch meat is packed with it. Could be part of it.

True.. I'd use the term "sometimes" loosely though. I think MFP overestimates calories burned often.
