Hi!!! Add Me, Need help and motivation!

Hello everyone!! My name is Samantha and I've been in and out of my gym for about 3 years. I'm 107 pounds and 5' feet tall. I'm looking to tone my body and change my diet. I hadn't truly dedicated myself and that is my entire problem. I don't really know anyone that can help. Please help!! Anyone with advice for how they succeeded would really help! Thank you!

My advice would be to track all of your food and set some clear goals. Are you trying to gain muscle, lose fat, maintain & just eat more nutritional foods, etc. Good luck!0
