Should I stick to maintenance if I've been basically eating like a trash compactor everyday? My dress fits. In fact, it's being taken in right now. :) I definitely don't want to gain in the meantime, though.

Craft beer.

I just graduated. There were a few times where I had to walk for a minute or two, so I'm not 100% satisfied with myself. I have to remember to slow my pace so I won't have to walk. I get excited and run myself out. lol I ran 3.8 miles, so my pace was out of control. Stuck with it, guys! If I can do it, you can do it! <3

Im an introvert, and don't make new friends easily, so that's not my jam. They have these all over the place! craftbrewraces.com You should go if there's one near you! I didn't go :( I'm ok with it, I hadn't graduated the program yet and I had to get ready for a craft fair. Today I did W8D2. I'm going to have to do it…

W7D2 yesterday. I have a race on the 5th so I guess I'll "graduate" just in time. I'm bummed because it's a craft brew race and my friend that was going with me just flaked. So I guess I won't be doing the beer portion because I don't want to drink alone. Even though craft beer is the only reason I picked that particular…

W6D2 today. I haven't been able to squeeze my runs in every other day, and I feel like I'm not doing myself any favors.
-
W6D1 yesterday. I was scared to do it. I felt like I hadn't run in forever, but I was proud of myself when I was done. :) It wasn't that bad. Phew!

lol "well, I didn't want to join your group anyway!" That's what prevents me from trying to make runner friends, too. :) W5D3 done. Kind of. Got to the trail, realized I forgot my earbuds, and just timed my walk/run drills like the last 2 times in the app. I'll do it again with the app Wednesday morning, weather…

I bought myself a Nathan belt a couple months ago. It's meh. My phone almost worked it's way out a few times. Luckily, I was switching songs on my phone and found out before I had a mishap.

W5d1 yesterday. I'm doing ZR. The longer blocks of intervals are shorter, but there are more of them. Started great, but I had a really hard time in the middle of the walk/run drills and almost gave up. Realized on my way back that the half of the trail where I started was cooler than the half where I was having trouble,…

W4D3 done this morning. Looking forward to W5, instead of being intimidated by it. :) I'm amazed - when I started, I was barely able to run for more than 15 seconds at a clip without feeling like death. Today I ran for almost 15 straight minutes!
-
W4d1 done in 95% humidity! I'm part mermaid!

Starting at W1D1 all over again. Feeling good. No more pain!

Thanks guys! I got fitted for proper running shoes last weekend. I overpronate like crazy, which may have caused the problem. I also went from a gentle W2 to really pushing it in W3. And I was obese, but now I'm merely twenty pounds over weight. ;) yay! Today I tried a very gentle W1D1. I knew I was going to have to start…

I like old navy. I find they can be very curve-friendly.

I last ran last Thursday. W3D1. I think I should've done W2 over again because I think I have a stress fracture in my shin. :'( I'm sooo upset. I was really loving the training and making a noticeable difference since the beginning. I think I'm going to go to the dr. tomorrow. If anyone can tell me anything to make me less…

I just spent a couple of *weeks* with my scale not budging, and I stepped on today to find I lost about a pound and a half. Stick with it. Don't weigh yourself everyday, if it's going to make you crazy. And I second the suggestion for Happy Scale. I'm a visual person, and it really helps to see the app draw that trending…

I set my app and music, make sure no one is around to see me, and then stick it in my sports bra. :D

I'm also on W1D3 tomorrow. Not keto, though, vegan. :)

Oh, right, I forgot. MFP syncs your food diary to Fitbit, but I use fitbit's chart for calories in/out to figure out how much I can eat in a day.
-
I love my Fitbit, but there are a few issues that I wish I had known about before I bought it. The app also has a good food library, but it's not as comprehensive (or user friendly) as MFP. So I log all my food in MFP and let it sync with my Fitbit app. If you log your exercise or water into MFP, it'll log into your Fitbit…

Mine did that too. I couldn't figure out why, and it was kind of aggravating. I ended up buying a Fitbit.

I just played for the first time a couple weeks ago. I liked it so much I bought the c25k app, but then it got really cold where I live so I haven't been out to play since. It's so fun though, and I can't wait to be able to play again! It's such a good idea!

Did going to the gym and moving around help you feel better at all? I'm also very depressed because of my job situation. I've gained about 35 lbs since starting (I've been at my job for 6 years). Starting to exercise and eating well has changed my mood significantly thus far. I hope I keep it up. I've been looking forward…

I use "Isa Does It" by Isa Chandra Moskowitz at least three times a week. And you can find a recipe for almost anything on vegweb.com

My plantar fasciitis went away soon after I bought myself a quality pair of shoes. I also had other foot pains that are almost completely gone and started to subside within days of starting my exercise regimen. Talk to a Dr or go to a running specialty store if you can, and get some really supportive sneakers. The pain may…

I gained today, too. I'm really upset because I've been working so hard. I want to be thinner, but I also have to remind myself that I have the longer term goals of feeling better and not getting sick like the rest of my family. Your effort is worth it. You have to stick with it. :::hug::: You're going to feel great in the…

I also love beer. I haven't had any for a few weeks and I miss it so much! I'm going to treat myself when I have date night Wednesday. Can you cut down to a couple times a week to see how you feel? Also, google low calorie beers. You can find a few that are actually good, not that light crud.

I build muscle before I burn fat so squats make my legs huge and jeans tight. That's why I gave up roller derby training back in the day. I didn't want to have to buy new jeans. TL;DR I think it depends on the individual. LOL
