My food and water will sync to Fitbit app but not the other way around. I can't get the workouts to post which sucks makes it time consuming. My Runkeeper did great with syncing.

Running is my therapy I get work and personal things in order. I just feel like it helps clear my head to handle things and helps my run go by faster. I've lost 45 pounds total 12 or so since joining MFP. Only thing is going through my shoes every 3 months! Think I'm going to get fit for some at a running store.

Starting weight was 260 and I will recommend stretching a lot! I work for my husband at a sports medicine clinic so I do pt rehab and their chiropractic program. So if you have health ins it may be covered 100% I am currently getting back into running after my last baby.

I will start going to the places that let me build my own. I mostly order them at restaurants and that was the feedback that they were not a great choice. I will ask that they not add the dressing and let me do it. Thanks for all the feedback!

I LOVE chicken Caesar. I use light dressing (Ken's).....and then I measure everything out, from the dressing, to the cheese, and the grilled chicken. Why are you cutting out bread? Keep you calorie intake high now 1800-2000 while you continue to breastfeed just eat healthy things for you and little one. I do these protein balls you can google it and get the recipe it's 4-5 ingredients and they are yummy it helps you supple.

Thanks for the feedback! I try to keep off the scale but I am addicted and when I don't see the numbers move down its tough and I can't diet the way I would if I wasn't breastfeeding.

I've added 300 calories and exclusively breastfeed. So far my milk supply hasn't changed since I changed my diet and started working out.

I did this years ago to drop quick weight before a trip or special occasion. The shakes are good!

I drink it in the mornings after a workout since it's fast and easy so yes I want to get my protein for the day during the week. On the weekends I can do it with food. I'm mostly interested in the amino acids for lean muscle. I am excited to get back to weight lifting and want to get the best results.
