How do i log in my exercises at the Gym?

Im trying to log in my time spent at the gym doing the various weight machines and using the cross trainer but im having difficulty logging them into MFP......help please

I just log it under cardio as strength training. Rule of thumb I go by, anything over 100 cal's burned for 30 minutes is usually too much (as long as I don't do any cardio).1
