I'm in the same boat. I've lost 15 since April and stalled out at 167 for about a month. My calorie goal was 1300, but I have been eating 1400-1500. Do you guys know if cutting carbs helps? I haven't researched macros and ratios of protein, fat and carbs. Are all calories the same?

When I was going through a period of depression a few years ago I went to my doctor to see about having my medication dose increased, she suggested exercise instead. I believe she said an hour of exercise is the equivalent to an extra dose.

This is so so true. After a little over a month I'm 8 pounds lighter. I weigh myself in the morning. Sometimes the scale can go up 1-3 pounds from day to day. At first it scared and frustrated me, but then I started to see patterns. I have 30 pounds to go, but I'm more confident than I was. The two biggest tips, make sure…

I have one day where I allow myself to eat maintenance weight. I've been doing really well on 1300 calories. I'm losing about 2 pounds per week. I feel nervous about eating more until I'm at goal weight because I don't want to slide back into bad habits.
