I’m a regular logger, not super active in the community or on post comments but I try to like as much as I can! Started changing my diet Oct 2017 and lost 20lbs by years end Got serious in January and my total is now at 66 lbs Didn’t start logging my weight until 40 lbs ago (so mfp weight loss is a bit behind)

Day 12 of IF, down 10lbs plus tracking my food daily and exercise regularly I been mainly doing 16:8 but have done 18:6 a couple days (Before and after Easter dinner) I just have to keep sticking with it!

My biggest tidbit of advice.. after years of struggling with my weight.. Leave mistakes in the PAST. It won’t help to keep dredging up mistakes. It will only stress you out. Best of luck

I can relate.. but something I’ve learned after many yrs of weight loss struggling... It’s in the past LEAVE IT THERE. Focus on the days ahead, eat a few less calories this week get in a few more steps or workouts Have a great day!

My hubby was in a nasty car accident, he became the stay at home parent and I am now the working parent. I’m 5’4” and was lugging around 220 lbs. Ive lost 30 lbs in 2 yrs since his accident and still fighting the battle
