  • I eat 1200 a day, and it can be a struggle until you get used to it. I break mine into 4-5 smaller meals each day during the work week.   • Are you having caffeine? I've found that I get super shaky sometimes about an hour after I have caffeine - like I might faint. It doesn't always do this, but sometimes it does. You might also check your blood sugar.
