@mountainrun73 and @HairTie1 - I did several 10Ks and a 10 miler using fat for fuel and I felt great. I don't know how a marathon would compare, other than being a lot harder (!), but I think that if your body has had time to adjust and burn fat efficiently you should feel great. My diet has been horrible the last couple of months- going to get clean. Always my biggest challenge. Workouts have been good. Going on to week 6 of an 8 week strength and HIIT cardio program.
