I don't have anything but water, black tea and bouillon ( for salt ) when I fast. but I read that fat has a low impact on your blood glucose so if it's working for you it's probably fine.

if I'm low of fat for the day I make a cup of chai or salted caramel tea and add a tbsp of butter or ghee to it and a couple drops of sucradrops and blend it in my nutribullet. it sounds gross but it's very tasty.

you can fast as often as you want, 1 day a week or every day of the week. most days do a 20/4 fast and eat between 4pm and 8pm, somedays I wake up hungry and have breakfast. I usually end up under my calories on the days I fast because I'm full.

well I stopped at 45 hours also, I'm pretty used to a 20-24 hour fast. I find that the 22nd hour and last night the 28th hour was a little tough. but I wasn't hungry at all today. I could have kept going but I stopped at my mom's house and she wanted me to try her keto bread so I gave in. I'm going try for a 3 day fast…

also when you have ketones in your urine it will start to smell fruity. it took me 2 days but I started off with very low carbs.

it's because the % goes up with your added 874 calories from your exercise burn, I alway ignore that and stick with my base macros. because I don't trust my smartwatch and I'm usually full.

I try to intermittent fast every day 20/4 nothing but water or black tea until I hit the 20 hour mark. but some morning like today I just wake up hungry so I eat.

go with whatever works for you everybody is different. I stay under 20g and that been working well for me and I feel great.
