Did terrible over the weekend. Not even going to post everything, consisted of chips and dip, candy, cookies, ice cream... You get the picture. BAD JOY. will get back on track tomorrow.

Phreak fast- lean cuisine. Dinner- lean cuisine. Supper- baked chicken thigh and 1 cup raspberries and 6 oz 1% milk. Snack was 2 ritz crackers with cream cheese and jalapeño jelly. Walked 10200 steps. Water 56 oz. made sugar cookies and did NOT eat any.
