My splurge day revolves around my weekly visit to my local theme park. Its lunch, dinner and maybe a snack. Since for me, it still feels like im binging, I would have been doing tons of exercise that day, so even on my spurge days, I exercise more to make up for the extra calories consumed!

only sometimes. I get extremely depressed after the meal though. Some foods can cause u to temporarily feel lethargic like some meat and dairy.

My meals are weird. I haven't noticed that anyone else does this and mant would actually be against it, but I eat fast food every day!....yes you heard right, fast food!! I just do it in the one meal and its usually in the 700-1,200 calorie range. crazy I know! haha....but its working for me!
