@malibu927 I’ve been in the same deficit for 3months, so why does the body hold on to more water when there is more carbs then fat in the diet?

@Splatznplugs congrats on making the decision to feel better physically and mentally, that’s exciting! A tip for exercise: get up and move in your house, sit in a chair or in bed and dance, shake your body around like a wiggly child. Anything that gets your body moving will help you burn calories :) You got this!!

@jerrico_atl Yup trial and error, a lot of weight plateaus I went from 40% carbs and loosing like 0.1lbs a week the. Switched to 40% fat and now loosing 2lbs a week! It’s been working for me. Yep, food scale. Also make sure you’re not eating more then 500cal under your maintenance calorie intake. When I did this my weight loss plateaued because I forced my body into starvation mode, it’s hard to loose fat when your body’s fighting to not be starved. Watch that carb intake too!
