Hi there! Recent grad from college, and trying to lose the freshman 15...or should I say 80+ I gained while in college. In high school I stayed active (played football and was on the track team,) so I had set meal plans and workout schedules every day. Once I graduated though, I packed on the weight from not staying as active. Regardless, there was a lot going on in my life at the time, but now that I'm done with school and have started my career, it's time I take control of my life again. Add me so we can journey together as we lose weight and motivate each other!
