WOW I HAVE BEEN LUSHY. It all started with that post-race beer and spiralled from there... Back on track today. The race was great - we managed to take a half hour off of our time from last year! Today is haaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrd to say no to the booze beckoning to me from the cupboard. I discovered today that doing yard work without drinks = grumpy Meg. I find that I do much better when I limit my carb intake. If I start eating 100+g of carbs I find that I am constantly hungry, craving carb-heavy snacks and have a hard time staying within my calorie goal for the day.
