Hi sorry wasn't clear earlier. when I gained the weight my calorie intake for each day stayed the same, but when I logged my weight loss today my daily calorie intake was increased by a further 30 a day. Therefore allowing me more calories over the week despite being lighter

Hi I know you don't know me but please believe me when I tell you that you will get over this guy. The best way for yourself is getting on with your life. Hi I too used to feel that no matter what I ate I never felt satisfied. I am having 1500 calories a day and I try to use them wisely. I started by eating small meals but often in order for me to feel satisfied. I use my calories like currency. Try eating smaller portions but more often. I also think that bread doesn't help…

Try to count your intake in the morning just as previous person states. I love food especially carbohydrates but try to count them into my daily calories. I've also tried to be calorie savvy. 66 days ago I started. lost 16lbs so far got long road ahead. Good luck with your challenge. Only way to lose weight is move more eat less. SIMPLE it should be but it's not, that's why we need our buddies to help us along. Xx
