    I would hope so! That's a big reason why I started, i knew that if i didnt change anything I would eventually get diabetes (as it runs in my family). That is not something I wanted to deal with at such a young age.

    Congrats! We are similar. 5' 7". Started at 301. Took 14 months to lose 100. Toral loss now 148. Just into maintenance range & trying to shave off the few lbs to get to the bottom of mm you range. Keep it going girl!
