Lettuce instead of rice. Well, I still have rice just less of a portion just lettuce. This makes me feel like I have a lot more rice then I really do. I do this with both fish and chicken, not steak. This helped me with my biggest hurdle, how much rice I eat :D (700 Cals a day...)

5 lbs until I weigh the same as my little brother, made him a promise couple months back that I will and he said it’s impossible lol. Of course that’s just one of many on this journey :)

In my opinion is a week is the sweet spot. You won’t be constantly checking daily and some small inaccuracies such as waste that’s still in body or water weight even after sleep etc. Also it gives you a general idea and you should be going either up a couple of lbs or going down (depends what you’re trying to do) A month…

While bulking you still need to eat healthy. It seems you're not and all the sugar and fatty calories are affecting your bulk
