Had a MAJOR blow up with my twin today. Instead of eating my feelings, the husband and I are hitting the gym tonight for the first time in months.

I tried it years ago. It did seem to help, mostly to deter me from eating too much fat. But i never kept it off. I also dis HCG. Didnt keep that off either. Thos time, I'm doing it on my own, not over restricting anything. Just eating everything in moderation.

Hi. I'm Brittany. I am a mom to 3, ages 11, 10 and 1. And a wife to a disabled vet. We've been married 12 years next month. Ive been overweight/obese my entire adult life. But after my last baby, i put on more weight, and kept it on. Im hoping to lose exactly 100 lbs. That will put me right in the middle of a healthy BMI.

I've never been much of a soda drinker, but my brother had a great system for switching to diet. He would go to the gas station and get the fountain drinks. Fine. I go over on fat and protien most days. I just try to really watch sodium and carbs. All within my calories, of course.

I want to be down to my pre-baby weight (last baby of 3, 205 lbs) before my 30th birthday in August. 18 pounds to go. We have a cruise in November, and I want to be well into One-derland by then- low 190s or lower, preferably. I dont want to be self conscious about doing things due to my size.
