Not only does your digestion/metabolism slows down when you sleep, It has more danger to it. There are a lot of article that supports that.

i feel like cardio is really better in terms of time management due to the fact that you only need atleast 10 minutes to perform intensive workouts. (if you are only interested in maintaining health and not getting ripped )

i like coke, but 3 cans a day? Thats too much in my opinion.

Do atleast 3 minute work out every day and eat fewer but frequently. (not sweets though)
