Definitely talk to the mom. I can see your concern but some moms have these unspoken boundaries that they may not appreciate being crossed, especially that this is about their eating habits. Good luck!

I found that figuring out my body type and eating for that has really helped. Of course I still make sure that I am staying within my allotted calories for the day. Neither. I used to love both but for some reason, their taste has changed so much in the past years, I can't drink them anymore.

Avocado is one of my faves. I add flax and chia seeds, protein powder for some sweet taste and milk. When I want to indulge, I make strawberry with banana, strawberry frozen yogurt and strawberry regular yogurt. it's the best!

I took pole dancing classes and have gained some muscle and definition within 6 months... too bad I wasn't able to maintain it. :(

I've only really baked salmon. I put a dash of salt, a teaspoon of lemon, black peppers, garlic powder, oregano, basil and olive oil. Turns out great all the time. :)
