Shout out some smoothie ideas. What is your favorite?

    Options
    Large Dole pineapple juice can
    Small Goya coconut milk can

    Mix these in a pitcher in the fridge.

    Mix 6-8oz of that mixture with a banana, 1c kale or spinach, 1-2 scoops vanilla whey.

    Delish!

    The pineapple and coconut milk contains digestive enzymes.
    This is a higher fat shake and it's excellent first thing in the AM.

    I thought I'd hate spinach in my smoothie but once I tried it is can't get enough , now I put it in almost every smoothie I make. Never tried cocoanut milk but it sure sounds good.

    I like to hide raw veggies in smoothies. I'm currently eating one with water, banana, frozen blueberries, chocolate whey, ground flax seed, frozen spinach, cauliflower, zucchini & pb fit. It's delicious! I've also put butternut squash and frozen Brussels sprouts in them. The water banana berries and why will mask the flavor of anything.

    Avocado is one of my faves. I add flax and chia seeds, protein powder for some sweet taste and milk. When I want to indulge, I make strawberry with banana, strawberry frozen yogurt and strawberry regular yogurt. it's the best!
