The best plan for weight loss is one you can adhere to, that includes foods you like in portion sizes that allow you to keep a calorie deficit. The best plan for weightloss AND health is a diet that is balanced in macro and micronutrients.
That said...what are some of your favorite foods? How do you like to eat at the moment?5 -
What are your calorie goals? You can google or search Pinterest for "_ calorie meal plan" and come up with premade meal plans and shopping lists.0

I agree to both answers here. If you can't use what you've found via a google search, it isn't very likely that anyone in here will know about a secret perfect meal plan. You don't need anyome else to make a plan for you - the real challenge is adherence - you can create your own structure, and you will be much more inclined to adhere to a plan that is your plan.
If you need help with setting up a plan, please be specific.0 -
The best plan I've found is to plan ahead. I preload anything I know I'll be eating (I shop for the week, so I know what I'm eating for each meal) and then I can use up my extra calories without feeling like I'll have to skip dinner!0

I really like following a Whole Food Plant Based Eating Plan. It's healthy, very forgiving and sustainable for life.0

Here's what I did. I ate what I normally did for a few days, then started checking out the macros from what I logged. I noted deficiencies and began adding foods in to balance them out. Ex. I was very low on protein, so I added in higher protein foods or replaced ones that were too high in other macros.
Don't try to make big changes all at once, just adapt your eating patterns slowly over time and you'll be headed towards long-term sustainable success:) Also, don't think in terms of "good" or "bad" foods. All things in moderation1 -
I found that figuring out my body type and eating for that has really helped. Of course I still make sure that I am staying within my allotted calories for the day. You can take a quiz here to see what your type is and if it sounds like something that ,ay work for you. http://www.revitalizemaui.com/optibodytm-quiz/ Good luck!0

Eating for body type is not a thing, not any more than eating for your zodiac sign or eye color.
Consistently eating the right amount of calories is what controls your weight. Nothing "helps" weight loss. But eating in a way you like, makes it easier to consistently eat the right amount of calories.1
