I have one "chest evening" per week on friday afternoon - evening i eat whatever i want for a few hours. i have dont this since August and i have found that my craving for junk & sugar has gone away.

Hi even if the calorie count is ok, this training & nutrition will not work on the long run, due to the constant low calories the metsbolism will slow down and block progress. A calorie deficit of about 300 - 400 per day would be better in my opinion

I used to race the spings classics here in Europe.......my worst race was Paris Roubaix back in 1989. Just before the finish line my equipment gave up on me and my handelbars broke off. I did a perfect foreward summersault as i crossed the line....best finish i ever did in a race

No! if you carry out reps at 3 seconds per rep you are in Muscle build zone (20 - 40 seconds per set) when you do 12 Reps. at 15 reps you will be doing each set for about 45 seconds and are moving into stamina training. 13 or 14 reps will do you no favours whatever your training for

Depending on the amount of muscle mass you have...fluctuations in Bodyweight can range from a few ounces up to 4 Kg daily. A monthly weigh in will give you a much better control of your progress.
