  • Try cutting down foods that have Sugar & Fat in them... cookies chocolate Cake and so on..hey are the big baddies... If you try and cut sugar out totally you could have problems with low energy levels. there is however. enough sugar in Fruit & Veg & other healthy foods without having to "add" any refined sugar.

  • Excellent progress. you are gaining musclke at the moment so the "look" in the mirror is more important than what the scales say. Take fotos of your "weak spots" maybe your abs or lower back and glutes. As you ad weight these areas should be getting more toned or stay the same then you know that you are making good gains.

  • Track every day, having a "cheat day" or "cheat 24 hours" will slow down your progress but you should still lose weight if you keep it up for 5 - 6 days a week. Try cheating from friday evening to saturday evening or saturday till sunday.
