Since you can't spot reduce, i would lift weights. Lower weights, more reps should get you what you're looking for. Also remember, fat is lost in the kitchen. Weights are to shape what you have.

I'm a female on steroids for medical reasons, and to literally save my life and I can tell you this, i am far from bulky. I have a female body through and through. I've been lifting weights off and on for 30+ years. No one would ever say I look bulky. Slim, trim and fit.

Every once in a while the negative calorie adjustments are way, way off

Personally, I would wear lycra or spandex underneath your clothing to hold the bouncing and stretching. As for the pain in your knees, in not sure if running would be recommended yet. What does the Dr say about your knees? If it's simply a weight issue, I'd probably 'keep going and gut it out'

Vitamix, could change your life. Anything from ice cream to hot soups. Pricey, but you can find reconditioned ones for much less. Best investment in myself ever.

I agree with Isopure, low carb or no carb choices. The highest protein I have found per serving.

If it was me, i would wait to introduce them. The longer you go without sugars, the easier it is to control them.

You can notice the changes with exercise in 30 days or so. Depending on how much you have to loose, you could see a change also in a month or 2.
