Traing with a diet of syntha 6..yokebe....one norlal meal a day..water....3 shakes...so fat so good

You know you don't have to buy any special supplements, or drink a company's shakes instead of eating food to lose weight.... Right?5

Yes i know..ive had tge supplyments for a while and just decided to try a different diet and train and to see tge results...i am new to it so any advice u have is welcome1

The best advice anyone could ever give you is to focus on accuracy with your food logging. You have to be at a calorie deficit to lose weight. Pills, special eating patterns, specific food restrictions, and any other thing you could throw money at is going to do nothing unless you are eating an appropriate amount of calories.7

Main advice would be eat normal food in the appropriate quantities - that's a lesson for life as opposed to a short term reliance on supplements.3 -

My advice is to skip the diet aids/shakes/pills/whateverelsetheywanttosellyou and focus on food and exercise. Not only will your wallet be fatter, you will learn how to eat for life (and no doubt be a happier person since you don't have to follow some silly eating regimen).

I have this sneaking suspicion the diet may be impairing your judgement. Once the supplements run out, why not switch to a regular diet? Like an egg white omelet for breakfast, a sandwich with fruit for lunch, and a dinner?0

Yes thank u....i was just a hse for 2 weeks then to food...someone i knew gave them to me so i wouldnt buy them again....sometimes i desire fooooooooooood...lol...but i have to resist0
