Body goal help

Hello all, my name is Johnathan, I’m currently inching toward what I believe my weight goal to be (125 lbs), currently at around 131. While my legs and arms are mostly muscle, I still have a bit of stubborn fat on my chest and stomach (enough so to where it hangs a little if I’m doing planks/push-ups), I have a medium sized build, 5’4, my scale indicates that I’m about 49% muscle mass and 13% body fat, can’t speak for the accuracy, however that’s just to give some of you folk an idea as to where I’m at. My goal is to be slim with some toning in my abs and chest, but not looking to be very bulky, it’s just not my aesthetic. I would like to know if any of you would be able to suggest if 6 more pounds is sufficient in my fat loss goal and some pointers on weight training to meet my body goals.

Please excuse the photos, I was debating on posting them, but I figured it would be best to give you guys an image of where I’m at.

Since you can't spot reduce, i would lift weights. Lower weights, more reps should get you what you're looking for. Also remember, fat is lost in the kitchen. Weights are to shape what you have.

I agree with lifting weights. Are you doing any weight training right now? Looking "toned" is a function of leanness and muscle mass--usually people who say that are not interested in building much muscle but they do need to have some muscle so that there's something to show when they are leaner. My hunch is that you do not have much muscle. I wouldn't lose anymore weight. Rather, I'd stop and eat at maintenance and lift. As your body composition (fat vs muscle) changes you can decide whether it would better benefit you to eat a bit more in order to build a bit more muscle.
