Hi all. I am having trouble with the linking of steps between my Samsung health and MPF apps. I have linked the two and allowed all data sharing but cannot get my steps to show in MFP. There is a bar underneath my diary summary titled steps but always shows 0. I have changed every setting I can think of but still no joy. Please help.

Im thinking in MFP there is a spot where it asks what means you are using for counting steps. Left hand column under steps.0

If MFP and the Tracker are synced but you are not seeing steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure the Tracker is selected as the Step Source.
If that does not resolve the issue, I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages...

I had to choose Samsung health as step tracker on website and then on app. Otherwise I got an error message saying could not connect to server0
