When I wrote this status it was at the start of my weight loss journey, my weight is so up and down it's ridiculous, I can gain a stone in weight very fast by over eating and basically being a lazy *kitten*! I'm 12 days in and 7lbs down in weight!!! I'm training at least 3 times a week…

Errrrm.... well today I hade weetabix With berries and milk fruit as snacks a micro sweet chilli chicken noddles and cheese and potato pie along with 2 glasses of white wine... I just feel like it because I've tried every crash diet possible lol (quick fixes)
