    Sometimes those salads are not always the best...

    BMT salad is approx 470 calories

    A meatball sub is approx 580 (6 in)

    A turkey sub is approx 280 (6 in)

    .....of course depending on what you get on it...

    Bravo, Kelly!! To have ordered a salad instead of a sub is a huge step in the right direction. Good for you!!

    I brought some homemade chicken stew for lunch today. My two coworkers just approached me about a run to Blimpie for subs...(it's pouring rain here today!) I declined...so "Bravo!!" for me, too!

    I did too. It's still gross. And the crust is where the most calories are!!!!
