  • Between 30 calories worth of coffee and creamer and up to 500ish calories when I make something on purpose to eat (like today I had a trail-mix bar I created out of leftover trail-mix and a little dough to bind it together).
  • doyogawithme.com is great! It has a lot of free videos and subscription ones too if you really like it. I only do the free ones right now but they have yoga for all abilities and body-types.
  • Feel free to add me! Diary is open to friends and I mostly log daily (though I cannot promise I'll always be a bastion of healthy food choices).
  • Back when I had a period, I just took it easy and didn't work out. Now I have a Mirena IUD and don't get periods anymore so problem solved!
  • I've been super lazy lately but still determined to get in some veggies so I pack cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, deli meat and sometimes avocado if they're on sale. Works out to about 400-600 calories depending on the amount of cheese and/or I eat my half an avocado. It's been working so far and keeps me so stuffed…
  • Welcome back! I'm back as well -- the journey to health isn't a straight line unfortunately. I'm not the most consistent logger, nor a bastion of responsible food choices, but I'll gladly friend you and share the road to sustainable health! Anyone else reading, feel free to add me as well; I always like looking at other…

  • I'm 5'5" and currently weigh 150 lbs. My goal is 130 and the closest I've ever gotten to it is 140. I felt pretty good at 140 when I was more heavily invested in strength training but I still could afford to lose a bit more of the vanity lbs then. Now I'm just trying to reign in my sweet tooth that has been relentlessly…
  • I have anxiety and exercise too. My exercise is rock climbing because I love it and it forces me to be social because it's basically impossible to climb without a partner (unless you're bouldering, and even then it's good to have a spotter if you're outside). However, it didn't "cure" me. Sure I felt better exercising but…
  • Same! Feel free to add me, my diary is open to friends.
  • Not a doctor and I have never had alcohol poisoning -- but if your doc has cleared you for going back to your normal activity, I would think it's fine.
  • Welcome to the same boat club! I've lost and gained back the same 10 lbs for YEARS on my road to losing about 25. For me, same deal... The dreaded weekend, when all bets are off. Feel free to friend me if you want a fellow struggle-buddy. My diary is open to friends (though by no means are my food choices a consistent…
  • 5'5" ... so I'm right on the cusp between short and average (I still walk on my pants though...). I'm around 148ish and would love to get down to 130. For exercise I typically rock climb, walk/hike and sometimes strength train when my climbing partners can't make it. Feel free to add me!
  • I rock climb in the evenings a few days a week, sometimes I'll set the treadmill to hill mode once or twice a week, and I walk a mile or two during my lunch break. I don't plan my workouts per say, aside from the climbing (because I meet with people and have to have some sort of schedule!).
  • I feel you, I just had about a week long episode where I just snapped. I normally eat around maintenance too so it's annoying! I have no real advice, except maybe leave the house and take a walk or something, remove EVERYTHING you can binge on, and if it's later in the day go to bed.
  • My petty reason is years of high school nonsense. I was a little overweight, a shy introvert prone to panic attacks when asked to do things publicly or in front of the class, and generally quiet. I mastered my resting b!tch face during those years to ward off jerks. But even adults were an issue: I remember back when I…
  • I'm not super hungry in the morning so I usually eat a couple greek yogurts at home and have a cup of coffee at work.

  • I ate a whole jar of nutella once... which is why I absolutely cannot have it in the house. I WILL eat it.
  • I don't keep food I can't control myself on in the house. Nutella is one of my weaknesses. I may have... polished off a whole jar in the past. Also, unrelated, but... cute sun conure in your profile pic!!! :)

  • Genetics for the win! Same boat here and not much you can do about it. Be proud to have semi-effortless calf muscles I guess?
  • Thanks for the info! Antagonist muscle training is something I need to do for sure. I certainly don't want to get the dreaded climber's elbo! I'll just add a few compound movements in to make sure I'm not missing anything. I am just breaking into 5.11 and am hoping to get to 5.12 this year if I'm lucky and diligent with…
  • Thanks! I try once in a while to add in what you've both mentioned it's just not consistent. I'll have to get to the gym a little earlier and do a couple sets to round my program out. Luckily my gym does have a squat rack (no bench though).
  • Friday morning for me - I indulge on the weekends generally so Monday would be a sad day indeed to document my efforts!
  • I'm 28, 5'5" - SW: 151, CW: 145 lb with a GW at about 130ish (TBD) and a very sedentary office job. I have my calories set at 1400 and I eat back about half of my exercise calories mainly because I don't trust the values MFP gives for things. Seems to be working out so far, not dealing with hunger and I have energy to…
  • I had a treat myself kind of morning with a delightful cappuccino and the biggest most delicious chocolate croissant ever. Heaven. I'll probably keep lunch and dinner light, but it's nice once in a while!
  • Similar goals too! I'm 5'5" with a starting weight of 150 (current is 143-ish) with a goal weight of 130. Feel free to add me (as well as anyone too, always looking for friends!). My diary is open to friends.
  • I woke up and decided today is the day I bike to work. I haven't been on a bike in at least two years... I did 16 miles this morning, didn't take as long as I thought I would, and arrived at about the same time I would normally. Victory for sure!
  • Feel free to add me, diary is open to friends! I'm fairly consistent and I try to be accurate (even on my cringe-worthy weekend eating escapades).
  • Feel free to add me as well (as well as whoever else!). My diary is open to friends... You can see the thrilling rollercoaster ride that is my eating habits.
