Well I have done this more then I can count. I open account log for awhile and then get discouraged or overwhelmed and delete accounts. I cant do that anymore . I have to get serious I have health issues going on that I need to rule out my eating is probably or other stuff. I have pcos and prediabetic so I should be watching everything anyway but I havent been. I'm 31 and I'm 5"2 and I weigh 214.8 this is the heavyset I have even been my whole life. Time to make some serious changes. Please add me to help me stay committed and motivated.

    Welcome back! I'm back as well -- the journey to health isn't a straight line unfortunately. I'm not the most consistent logger, nor a bastion of responsible food choices, but I'll gladly friend you and share the road to sustainable health! Anyone else reading, feel free to add me as well; I always like looking at other food diaries for ideas!
