My dr told me to take Metamucil daily

I got mirena in February and it hasn't impacted my weight loss at all. I've lost 8 pounds.

Just eat a little and move on. Or eat all of them and eat 100 calories less than normal the next three days.

I'm risking getting flagged for this, but could you be pregnant,OP?

I do Casseys workouts on Blogilaties.com. She does a free workout calendar every month and the workouts are on YouTube.

I also have ENDOS and after 5 active years in recovery, I FINALLY have my natural hunger signals back. It just happened around 3 months ago. I agree that prelogging my weeks helped me, and measuring out "normal" portions of food to "train" myself into eating enough, but not too much. Also, try to set a good medium with…

Close to a month and a half, and I've lost 6 pounds.

I am still feeling a little attached to 1200, but I am getting more comfortable with the idea of eating more calories. I have a Fitbit, so I can keep up with my calorie burns pretty easily. I usually use MFP for calorie counting and counting actually helps my stress levels because if I think I ate a lot, most of the time I…

Thanks for the advice everyone! I do agree that I need to find a permanent eating plan, and that's what I'm struggling with right now. To be a little more specific about my eating disorder, I have ENDOS so I kinda went back and forth between restricting, binging, and purging in the past. Even though I haven't purged in…

A lot of that was probably water weight. It will slow down very soon

People who have been through it can help support you, but we can't tell you "Do X and you'll get Y result". The things I mentioned previously such as the journaling or drinking water when you want to binge have helped me, but it may be different for you. Also if you overeat, log it and move on. Hating yourself isn't…

If you've been through programs before, have you actually used the tools they've given you to cope? I'm just asking because you can see a therapist everyday but if you're not doing what they ask, it's not going to help.

First, you're not alone. Tons of people have BED including myself. My advice would be to see a therapist. They can give you some tools to cope with your disorder that will help immensely. You can also try to redirect your attention when you're feeling hungry. Try journaling about how you feel and why you want to eat. Drink…

Thanks guys! I wanted to share my experience because it's so important to realize the scale should be used as a tool with other tools to determine success.

I always weigh daily and have since I was 12. It's taken me ten years to realize that daily number isn't everything and I have to look at the overall trend. Before coming here, I would always starve myself and only eat 800 calories a day and then binge and give up! But now I eat 1400 calories a day and I'm still losing…

If you're not in a caloric deficit, you won't lose. Period. How are you tracking your calories? Are you weighing your solids and measuring liquids?
-
Following. I've been wanting to try it as well!
-
Have I tried it? Yes. Is it difficult to adhere to? Immensely so. Does it work? In the short term. Would I recommend it? Hell no.

I had a miscarriage about 4 weeks ago. I know it sucks a lot and I'm truly sorry for your loss. Honestly, it took almost 3 weeks before I wasn't starving anymore and could eat at a deficit. If you're still hungry, eat. Your body is healing and needs it. Good luck and much love to you ❤️️
