After the week from hell I spent time today hiking. Rhode Island has no true mountains but we do have some very tall hills. I tried Mt. Tom today. The summit is 402ft. I made 208ft. Happy weekend gang! It's been a long rough week. Glad it's over. Tomorrow we take our puppy to a play area with a couple of his friends for a little birthday celebration. He turned 1 last week. My little boy is growing up so fast :lol:

Snowing today. My office closed early. Shoveling is good cardio. Not fun but still effective. If it sticks around I may try a winter hike this weekend.

Puppies and toddlers. Same thing. My dog is a year old and has not significantly calmed down. Tons of inexhaustible energy. Still can’t be left alone yet. Everything goes in the mouth to be eaten. He makes me feel every second of my 48 years.

Since early childhood she’s known she wants to be a neonatal nurse in hospital.

Thank you. I’m told what she raised is something of a record. But it’s how she did it that makes me so proud. And she’s already learned valuable lessons in planning she’ll use the rest of her life.

Thanks so much Ali. I wish I felt healthy. I Still feel and look very overweight. Clothes do a decent job of hiding it because it’s mostly gut. But I am very happy. My wife and children make me that way. I’m a very blessed man.
