No I never reach my caloric goal I think if you reach your goal everyday you maintain the weight I think if you stay a little away from it you will definitely lose faster eat when your hungry if not don't also put your workouts in there to

Stay off away from scales! focus on staying within your calories count and how your clothes are fitting you :)

A protein shake , fruit, or cottage cheese should do the trick I'd shoot for a protein shake

I think you'll be good with leading up to an hour a day just make sure you get plenty of sleep and something with high protein 20-30 min before for fuel

You can go without rest days but if you do make sure your getting good sleep! You can over train kill yourself In the gym if you want BUT make sure your putting back in your body all that your taking out (good food, and lots of sleep)

Try cutting out a lot of sodium if you use salty seasonings I know that helped me and focus more on cardio with your weight lifting even cutting weightlifting out every now and then and just doing cardio, push ups, jumping jacks, crunches good luck to you:)

You can do it dizzy! switch up your diet every couple weeks and throw in healthier versions of your favorite foods that way it's easier to stay on track throw in a pizza and a candy bar every now and then gotta reward yourself! I'd say at least once a week good luck:)

Very well said Izzy! people need to do what works for them and not even think about mentioning it on here lol what works for some won't work for others and on here suggesting anything that people think might help others will get shot down by "know it all's" that's why I just stick to my diary lol good luck on your weight…

No nutritional training I help people with there fitness and diet goals and was just throwing some useful info out there that have helped people I train just throwing info out there for those who could use it I can't legally tell anybody what to eat because I'm not a nutritionist:)

Eat heartier healthy foods called fillers like beef jerky, steak and salad,oatmeal,eggs,peanut butter,nuts those foods will keep you full for longer periods of time so you dont eat all your cheeses in one sitting:)

I see what you guys are saying well let me put it like this illuminate diet and sleep focus from trying to achieve your goals and let's say put 80% of your time and effort into gym time and only 10% into sleep and 10% into diet and see what happenes.... Am I right or am I right? Percentages a.k.a time sorry I explained it…

lol I'm just trying to say focus on those 2 things more than gym time I just put it in percentages to show what you should focus on more I'm a personal trainer so just trying to put some helpful info out there for ya:)
