I'm not really sure how people here are going to be able to help. You're either not in a calorie deficit, although you believe to be, or there is something going on with you medically. That one meal didn't put 10 lbs on you.

Thank you this is really helpful. If I take the 1410 mfp gives me and multiply is by 7 for the week and add 2000 for the exercise and divide by 7 I get 1695

MFP gives me 1410 to lose .5 a week. I bumped it up because I would eat my hand at 1400. I know That's not taking into account exercise, I just really dislike fluctuating calorie days and the "earning" food through exercise idea bothers me. I didn't follow the meal timing or the fitness program, but I did follow the suggested calorie and macro suggestions, and that really helped me. Mostly fruits. I expect high fat items like peanut butter mayo etc to be really high, but fruit really adds up for me in the summer. I kind of think of it as having very little but then I'm at 350c in fruit for the day and it'll put me over
