So I'm riding yesterday as it was unseasonably warm in nj, and I notice this car sitting on my rear. After a few minutes noticing it's still there is slow down to make eye contact with the driver who, turns out, was filming me on his phone. I'm not sure if I should feel flattered or violated. Lol.

Set a goal weight and a goal date. Something reasonable and attainable. If you can, get a support group or partner who will keep you on task (very important). And lastly get ready for a fight...it's not going to be easy and it won't always be fun.

My track coach used to tell us there was nothing to be done about shin splits...so just learn to run through the pain. That was over 20 years ago. I still get them, but don't give them a second thought. But that may not be the best advice.

I can definitely relate to emotional eating. I tend to binge when I'm stressed. And it's usually binging on all the wrong foods. It's like a drug. And in my case with sugar, it really is like a drug. It's always good to have someone to be able to lean on when those inevitable moments of doubt arise. People can be cruel and…

The scale is not your friend. If you're seeing results then you're doing something right.

The go to app for cyclist is probably strava. Sign up...it's free...and you will automatically be linked in to a huge community of cyclists near and far. You can go onto YouTube and search cycling workouts....tons of stuff will come up. I'd suggest working on your core, back and legs.

Go to your physician. Dehydration is the usual culprit, but headaches can be an indication of so many other things. I'd play it safe and go to your dr.

I got off track a bit. A hectic work schedule kept me out of the gym two days in a row and my eating was sloppy. But it could have been much worse. Had a good leg workout yesterday and I'm heading to the gym now so it's all good!

Lots of reasons why the number on the scale fluctuates. I loathe my scale. Keep doing what you're doing. Pay more attention to the inches. Drink lots of water. And if you can, invest in a nutrionist.

Early Grey and any type of mint. I drink tea on a daily basis.
