I learned that plain coffee is okay while fasting. But creamer or butter in a coffee throws you out of fasting.

Hi! I’m new as well. I watched Dr.Berg’s videos on YouTube and decided to do fasting. I thought he was super helpful and made it easy to understand. He has about 3M subscribers. He explains it with true scientific evidence since he’s a doctor. Good luck on your journey!

Congratulations! I’m so happy to hear that! It truly gives me hope since I’m new to this. I heard you become a fat burning machine. I’m sure you became one. Good on you! I know you say it’s easy but without your hard work and power of commitment you wouldn’t have achieved this far. So yeah, congratulations!!!! I have 60…

Thank you! I just figured out how to join a group.

Great to hear from a mom who also just gave birth as well! Thanks for your encouragement!

Wow! Congrats on your success! I know it takes a lot of hard work patience to lose that much weight. I appreciate your input!

Thank you! So true on the breastfeeding! I was never able to produce milk and therefore my baby is formula fed. I went to see a lactating consultant several times, ate special cookies, oatmeal, fenugreek, drank dark beer and did power pumping. None worked. I appreciate your input!

Thank you very much for your response! I appreciate it. My little one is formula fed and I’m cleared by my physician recently for workouts. Thanks again for your insight!

Lewis Howes podcast is very popular and also my favorite

I'd cut out simple carbs such as sugar, wheat, rice and potatoes. You need lots and lots of green leafy vegetables and some fruits such as berries and kiwi etc. Your focus should be improving your health and weights loss comes within. Good luck.

Having a one cheat day a week helps me stay on track. I stuff myself unlimited junk and sweets on Saturday.
-
Why do you count calories? Just curious
-
To OP, do you have an Instagram account? I'd highly recommend using Instagram. Once you show what you can achieve, a lot of companies will offer you advertisement deals.

There's a little difference between buying a house and going to a competition, I think lol. I don't see any problems with asking a little help from people achieving something inspirational. If you could afford to go on a competition, power to you! Some people need help, especially students. It's a shame if this young woman…

You WILL crave junk food and sweets at some point. Our society is filled with processed food aka junk food and there's no escape. Cheat meal once per week helps tremendously in the long run if you want to stick to your diet for the rest of your life. Personally, a cheat day is a must. Disclaimer: By all means, just because…

Looks as if you just wanted validation only. Nobody wins when you personally attack people who showed opposed concerns due to your health. If you're an adult, by all means, do what you want to do. I decided to give my two cents because I always felt bad for people who willingly make themselves experimental lab rats every…

A post like this shows desperation. I know it's hard. But there's no easier or softer way. Trying to lose weight is a *kitten*. But such is life. If you want to reach your goal, eat appropriately and exercise. Do not harm your body just because some scam artist says a miracle. I agree with the girl above. Unless you're…

There's no such thing as losing only certain part of body fat.
-
It's plausible that you're gaining muscle mass. Measuring your body fat and muscle mass percentage is a better way to see your progress.
-
Why not? Why not people help each other out? People help each other and support each other all the time. What's wrong with it? Competing and accomplishing something is inspiring to all. People can pitch in $10, $20 , what's the big deal?
-
I like to watch inspirational videos on YouTube when I'm feeling weak, defeated or hopeless. It's okay to feel that way because after all you're only human. Roll with the punches. When you feel like giving up, remember why you started.

You're out of your mind.

I can't believe people are still bought into this myth

I eat unlimited junk and sweets once a week. It's a must for me and it's crucial to stick with my diet. I can't speak for all but it's the best way in the long run for me

I'm going to Australia this October, competing for the first time. My first goal was lose weight. Then I wanted to build muscles. I lost weight without a nutritionist or a trainer. But later I realized that training for a completion is completely different story. I had to get a nutritionist. It's a bit pricey but you can…

Highly recommended program. I love it
