Says I should be eating 1,450 to be losing 2 pounds a week. I don't know I'd like to be 145 pounds maybe lower I'm not sure. I'm also not eating back exercising calories.

Yes, I do use a food scale. I have lost about 5 pounds in 3 months

I am not in maintenance. My maintenance calories are around 1,750. I am not eating that right now...but I'm not really for sure why. Restricting my calories to 1200 a day leads me to binge sometimes. I still have fat on my body I need to lose.

I am 5'9 I was 220 and now I'm 152 pounds and 18 years old. My goal weight is around 145 and I eat around 5g of carbs a day.
