Thoughts on cheese and keto?
I've never experienced any discomfort while eating cheese on keto and I highly doubt I have an intolerance to it. I find myself eating cheese quite a bit. Could eating too much cheese on a ketogenic diet stall my progress due to the casein?

Should I eat more?
I'm on a ketogenic diet and have been for 10 months. I've lost around 70 pounds and I'm 5'9 and 148-152 pounds. I lift heavy 6 days a week for 100-110 min on 1200-1300 calories. I cut them about 2 months ago in order to possibly lose more weight and nothing really changed. Should I be eating more? Could I gain weight?

Increasing calories
For a couple of months I haven't seen much change on the scale. I've decreased my calories to 1200-1300 a day. I'm 5'9 and I weigh 150 pounds and have been on a ketogenic diet for 10 months and lost 70 pounds. I weight lift 6 days a week for about 100-110 minutes per session. My bmr is 1,525. Egg fast
I'm currently on day 1 of the transition stage off of a 5 day egg fast. It states to have breakfast and lunch regular egg fast but dinner add in a protein. I'm going out to brunch with family would it matter if I switched the lunch and dinner around? Does the time of day I eat the meals actually matter?

Water retention
I've gained about 12 pounds since last week. I had about 4 days not tracking macros or calories during the 4th of July weekend. I follow a ketogenic diet and peanut butter was the worst thing I ate. I consumed more calories than usual though. Why has this water weight not gone away?

Keto and calories
I've heard some people don't have a calorie restriction while on keto. I'm wondering what others on keto set their calories to? Mines currently at 1480 but I'm constantly eating about 1600? Is this too much?

Keto and Mio water enhancers
I've been doing keto for about 8 months. Still in ketosis. Mio energy helps me stay awake in the morning since I don't like coffee. I only lost 1.1 pounds in 3 weeks but I'm approaching my goal weight. Would the Mio be causing this stall? Is Mio okay for keto if it doesn't trigger cravings?

Keto and peanut butter
I'm wondering if I can still eat peanut butter and be in ketosis. I've been on the keto diet for about 6 months and have lost 70 pounds. If I eat the serving size of 2 tablespoons and i eat around 12 g of carbs a day including the peanut butter can I still eat it?
