Egg fast

I'm currently on day 1 of the transition stage off of a 5 day egg fast. It states to have breakfast and lunch regular egg fast but dinner add in a protein. I'm going out to brunch with family would it matter if I switched the lunch and dinner around? Does the time of day I eat the meals actually matter?

Why would you do an egg fast in the first place? Just eat a balanced diet to your calorie goal.

Meal timing has no benefit to 99% of the population.

And eggs are protein so you have added in a protein any way?

Adding protein to an egg fast seems redundant. Who advised such a thing, and what are their credentials?

Why would eating your dinner calorie at noon make any difference?

Weight loss is all about calorie reduction. It's not about specific foods or meal timing. If your diet "plan" states otherwise....that's false.
