Thoughts on cheese and keto?

I've never experienced any discomfort while eating cheese on keto and I highly doubt I have an intolerance to it. I find myself eating cheese quite a bit. Could eating too much cheese on a ketogenic diet stall my progress due to the casein?

I think it depends. If you end up in a stall, then i would replace some of the calories from cheese with something else (like nuts or avo) and see if you start losing again.
When I am consuming large amounts of cheese on keto, I stall. My husband on the other hand can eat a whole block as long as it fits his macros and still lose weight.1
