When I want to eat my feelings, I start with drinking some water. It helps calm my stomach and lets me know if I'm actually hungry or if I'm just having cravings. If I'm truly hungry (tummy doesn't settle down) then I head to the kitchen and chop up some fruit or veggies and dip to munch on (assuming it isn't meal time).…

Mine has totally been worth it. It's a great way to stay motivated. Not sure that something as expensive as Fitbit was necessary though. A misfit may have been a more cost effective choice

Personally, I'm super stressed. My dad voted for Trump and he's very vocal about his beliefs. I'm a bisexual demigirl and it's just really uncomfortable to be in his home sometimes. I'm trying to focus on getting healthy to keep my mind off of all the things that are happening

Thanks so much everyone. I think I've decided to only worry about number of calories burned on cardio (I mostly do cardio anyways) and to trust that the right number is somewhere between what MFP says and what the Fitbit app says.
