It'll be alright I binged the other day at a Mexican restaurant ate chicken steak nachos and a cheese burrito still lost almost 7 pounds this week don't stress.

You need to get atleast minimum 1200 a day. If your not getting that eat a healthy snack.

I want to push through and just keep going everyday. Could I possibly damage my body if I continue everyday? If it's just the annoyance of being sore I'm just going to push through the pain.

Sorry I forgot to mention after exercise it gave me almost 500 calories back

I still have 538 calories remaining for the day btw.

I tried this once. After downing it 20 seconds later I had my head in the toilet. It's pretty bad.
