  • I'll add you! I don't talk much either but I've been using this app for a while. Almost at a 1200 day log in streak lol. Used to be 280 lbs less than 4 years ago, now at 180 and a NASM certified personal Trainer. 😁✌
  • Hey! Added! I've already lost a bit over 100 pounds, but would love to cheer you on! It is so worth it, you got this! 😁
  • 675 log in streak! Add me if you want 😁
  • Logging is super benifitial. And if you have staple meals you eat almost daily, it becomes a breeze. Been logging for like 410 days straight and it's just becomes second nature. You don't even think about it. And I contribute weighing and logging my food to all my success. -from someone who has lost over 100 pounds and…
  • Wow those chips would easily fit into my macros if I eat 2 bags for those lazy days I don't want to cook. Each bag is 2.5g fat, 15g carb with 4g from fiber, and 12g of protein. I normally snack on a frozen berry medley... Strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, and rase berry. Freezing them makes you more full imo
  • Love beach body programs, but I won't waste my money on that overpriced shakeology, even though it is so good lol. I've done p90x twice, insanity 3 times, T25 twice, and now I'm doing insanity max 30.finished it already and been doing month 2 over and over again for the past 5 months. Love it for days I don't go to the gym…
  • You may want to just look up IIFYM, it will save your life and not leave you so drained and deprived of macros
  • Don't scoff at me, but you ever try Turkey bacon? I eat it everyday, you learn to love it lol.
  • Just freeze the bananas and the consistency will be a lot better. My Pre workout shake is a frozen banana, 12g of peanut butter, 41 grams of frozen spinach and Kale, and half a cup of almond milk. Tastes so good!
  • Feel free to add me! 223 day streak, 102 pounds down and counting. open diary (even though I eat pretty much the same thing everyday lol) and IIFYM follower.
  • I want to go down to LA so bad. Would love moving down there when that real estate bubble bursts lol. Connecticut here, welcome!
  • Takes will power and a lot of dedication. Just log your foods everyday and weigh your food with a scale to be accurate. Plan out your meals. I'd highly recommend looking up If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM). All this had helped me a lot. And also work out. Start by walking. Look up some videos on YouTube for working out. I've…
  • Nature's best isopure chocolate! So good! And it's a decent price at 3 pounds for 40 dollars
  • For sure, add if anyone wants. On a 101 day login streak! ☺️
  • Absolutely, it's great to do HIIT and weights. Get that definition! ☺️
  • Hey, sorry I've been MIA lol. But I'm still doing it. I switched back to month 1 for a bit due to some bad asthema troubles. I started doing it 3 times a week and going to the gym with my brother on the other days. I'm finally below 200 pounds! Loving the program and results still. Hope you guys are still killing it :-)
  • People think I'm weird for this, but I love peanut butter in my blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, and raspberry protein shake. I also love it in my Oatmeal with Cinnamon on top.
  • I like the fitbit, but don't use it anymore because I lost it lol.as for accuracy? No idea. I used mine for the silent morning alarm. Never really for tracking. I'd get a read heart rate monitor that goes across your chest if you want better accuracy.
  • For real, I don't even care, I'm eating so much pizza and wings today lol
  • I'm not following their nutrition plan, no. I follow flexible eating, Aka if it fits your macros. Best thing I've ever done, and you aren't constricted to the foods you can eat. It's an eating style I definitely recommend. Been doing it for 3 months and don't plan on ever stopping lol, love it. Look it up
  • I think that's a fine goal. . 5 to 2 pounds a week is considered a healthy pace
  • Eggs Egg whites Almond milk Peanut butter Frozen berries Frozen veggies Spinach and Kale 4 Mexican cheese blend for eggs Turkey bacon Old fashion oats White rice Chicken tenderloin Apples
  • Only thing I would say is go on an extremely small surplus, like 100 calories and take it real slow. Only thing you could really do. Like Tavis said, can't control where you can the fat.
  • Wow amazing job! You look like a completely different person!
  • I love isopure zero carb. Makes it pretty easy to hit my macros perfectly and taste great. They have a whole bunch of different flavors, but I get vanilla
  • I just put the Pandora workout station on. Or the Pandora pop and hip hop workout station. They play really good songs that get me hyped. Timber came on about 2 days ago actually lol
  • 5 minutes? Thats good, Im looking at my chart now, my first Friday fight was 5 minutes too  but we all have bad days. Keep it up! Can't wait to see your times near the end of month 1
  • Clif bars, those are so good. And high in carbs, so great after a workout. Although it does have a bit of fat in it, but not too much where it wouldn't be good for a post workout option. I know you said no fruits, but you ever try frozen berries? They taste great frozen. As well as banana with peanut butter. But peanut…
  • Oh wow that is such a good idea! I'm going to start using that for my dogs food. I hate these stupid bags the food comes in. I try to clamp them shut but last time some how maggots got into them. So disgusting. Thanks!
