It took me almost two years to lose 35 pounds of baby weight. I lost about 20 pounds two weeks after delivery. I'm guessing water, blood ,etc. I did nurse for a year . Honestly nursing didn't help he lose weight . I was always starving!! Once I stoped nursing I started to lose weight.

I don't exercise and I am losing about .5 a week . I put in that I want to lose 2 pounds but that isn't happeneing.

I don't exercise or take medications. When I was younger this happened before and they put me on birth control. I don't like taking any pills.

I tried fasting once a week and it was not for me .. I would always eat more than my calories the next day and feel nauseous .. now I just eat higher protein and stay in my calories.. I still eat sweets and junk lol

I always gain about 5 pounds during my period and lose it when I am done . I am anemic so not sure if it's related ..
