I just recently tried Kodiak pancake mix. Decent protein, decent fiber, taste delicious and it's about 300 cal for a serving with one tablespoon of maple syrup. And they keep me really full! I've been having them for breakfast every day and it feels very indulgent.

I'm pretty sure this would be grounds for calling the police.

This has already been around for over a decade, it's called Alli. It blocks a certain percentage of fat but the side effects are oily poop and poopy oil leaking out your *kitten* after fatty meals. Needing a diaper to deal with the leakage is a not-uncommon experience from what I've read about Alli. If you're 'blocking'…

Donuts, most potato salads, those brownie bite things, granola bars

I would try crickets and MAYBE worms but that's it for insects.

If protein is a concern there is protein enriched almond milk available. It is expensive though and higher calorie than regular almond milk.

Going to be baking ginger molasses cookies, snickerdoodles, and a spicy sweet nut mix. As far as other people's stuff, my mom always makes these ranch seasoning coated pretzels for Christmas that are crazy addictive!

I really like Pei Wei. They have "small" size entrees that are a perfect size for me, pick your own protein and you have the option of lettuce cups if you don't have room for 250 calories of rice (which is still reasonable imo).

Not sure if this is quite on-theme but just so everyone knows, eating lots of onion will eventually make you smell like onion all the time. I used to eat a whole cooked sweet onion for breakfast every day as a teenager and had to stop when my skin started smelling like it.

I absolutely love cooked oysters but raw oysters are a scam to get people to pay lots of money for something disgusting. All the eating procedures for raw oysters make you taste it as little as possible. I can put my own lemon and hot sauce on my own seaweed-flavored booger and save lots of money swallowing it as fast as…

Not just regular shapewear but also possibly waist training and padding, she looks like freaking Jessica Rabbit. Do you have any other reasons you want to lose weight other than changing your shape? To avoid a familial health problem, or fit into smaller clothes? I just think you might get discouraged if you start losing…

Breakfast- Coffee with soy nog, gingerbread flavored oatmeal (add molasses and spices to regular oatmeal) with pecans, a mandarin orange Lunch- Veggie burger with broccoli slaw Snack- pomegranate seeds and baby carrots, soy nog with protein powder Dinner- Skinnytaste General Tso's chicken with broccoli and brown rice

The movie you're looking for is It's A Wonderful Life.

This is the correct answer. Savory oatmeal is delicious, I like this combo with salsa and fresh black pepper.

Keto workouts are where you smash beef jerky and precooked bacon into your face during rest periods obviously

Although the calorie counts aren't going to be the same, maybe look at a chain restaurant like Pei Wei or P.F. Chang's that has calorie counts published. I was at Pei Wei yesterday and according to the nutrition facts dishes prepared with tofu and shrimp were the lowest calorie, chicken was in the middle and beef was the…

I used to be a calorie denier after I went vegan several years ago and dropped 40 pounds in a few months. Plant based foods are magic!! Your body loses on its natural fuel!! Then a few months later I tried earth balance and Daiya (vegan butter and cheese substitutes), started making vegan pizza and buttery toast and baked…

Breakfast- Starbucks iced coffee and 2 bantam bagels Lunch- Bean chili with cheese, sour cream and oyster crackers Snack-Baby carrots and a mandarin orange Dinner- Turkey burger with toppings/recipe from my Bob's Burgers cookbook and raw snow peas Snack- internet is out in my apartment so I'll probably go to a movie this…

What I've been doing at holiday events is prioritizing eating. You already know what your favorite holiday treats are so have those and ignore the rest! Remember that this is (probably) not your last opportunity to eat a sugar cookie so you don't need to eat everything available. I don't bother logging, with homemade stuff…

Breakfast- coffee, snap dragon apple, peanut butter, leftover turkey Lunch- grilled cheese made with sourdough bread, cheddar, leftover turkey, leftover cranberry sauce Dinner- holiday party potluck, I think the main dish will be pasta. Bringing dogfish IPA and pecan pie

This would drive me absolutely crazy. I feel like it could screw up your hunger cues too because you would never feel full and would be thinking about food literally all day.
-
No. Way too much hassle. When I go on vacation I avoid going to chain restaurants at all costs so logging would be an exercise in completely random guessing (since independent restaurants don't have to give calorie info). If I travelled a lot for work I might.

This is very easy to say if you are not the parent of young children or immunocompromised.

All the garden stuff I've tried has the sauce packet separate.

I find that peaches and bananas have the best 'masking' qualities of the fruits you can eat. Spinach and romaine have a very light flavor when mixed with sweet fruits. I'd also look at other non-leafy vegetables (assuming you aren't allergic) like cucumbers as they aren't as bitter. But given your dietary needs, smoothies…

Why no fruit? There is no such thing as a fruit-free veggie smoothie that does not taste like veggies. I've enjoyed "fruit free" green juices that add lots of cucumber and lemon (technically fruits) but never tried to smoothies like that myself at home and they definitely still have that grassy taste. If you don't like…

This sounds next level GOOP-y because even Gwyneth uses salt and vinegar in her recipes (I think).

What's wrong with vinegar?

I don't believe he actually did what he said he did. As far as I've read nobody's actually validated his claims so until they do I'm calling #fakenews. ETA: targeting HIV positive parents is a weird choice as well. My understanding is that HIV positive folks can use prophylactic drugs to have unprotected sex without…

Is there a reason you can't put the food on your own plate after someone else prepares it? Then just weigh plate, tare, weigh food. I have some tupperware containers that I wrote the tare weights on but that's just to see how many grams I have left of a batch recipe.
