I eat a balanced diet almost everyday but I have the occasional fast food especially on road trips and we do a lot of road trips. In fact, leaving on one tomorrow. I follow the 80/20 rule.

The more you work a muscle the bigger it gets. I would stay away from ab work and focus on everything else.

When at a ticket counter checking in our bags on a domestic flight, we were next to a really tall and obese couple. The bags they were checking were the twice the size of ours. I thought the must have some really big clothes in their bag to boot.

Highly unnecessary. You could create a new problem with diluting sodium in the blood.

How much are you trying to lose? Do you use a food scale to weigh everything? Do you pick the correct entries from the database? A lot of them are wrong.

Make it habit to log your intake, like the habit of brushing your teeth, you just do it. You eat it, you log it.

Ask your doctor. You can make it worse by holding off medical treatment.
